**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Architect, design, and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS for the bank's applications and platforms.
2. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IAC) scripts using Terraform.
3. Ensure the infrastructure's security and compliance by implementing industry best practices.
4. Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to ensure application performance and availability.
5. Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, cost, and security.
6. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating AWS services where necessary.
7. Continually evaluate new AWS services and technologies for potential benefits and capabilities.
8. Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts during outages or periods of degraded system performance.
9. Act as an AWS subject matter expert, mentoring junior team members and providing training as needed.
10. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and performance.

**Qualifications:**
1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience with AWS technologies and services.
3. Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) principles.
4. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and patterns.
5. Proven experience in setting up and maintaining AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, etc.
6. Knowledge of AWS security best practices, including IAM, Security Groups, and VPC configurations.
7. Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
8. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional certification is highly desirable.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
11. Python software engineering experience good to have, or experience in other languages (Go, Kotlin, Node)
12. Kubernetes skills is a plus
