Job Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
1. Responsible for promoting and selling testing services of various export product, such as chemical testing of harmful substances (RoHS and REACH), testing of food contact materials (LFGB), and testing of toys (EN71) etc. .
推广销售出口商品有害物质化学测试（如RoHS、REACH），食品接触材料测试（如LFGB），玩具测试（如EN71)等相关服务。
2. Provide answers and quotations for testing related inquiries from domestic and foreign customers, and be able to recommend reasonable testing plans based on customer needs.
对国内外客户产品的检测相关咨询进行解答和报价，并能根据客户需求推荐合理的测试方案。
3. Responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships, serving as a communication bridge between customers and the laboratory to ensure customer satisfaction.
负责维护并加强客户关系，作为客户与实验室的沟通桥梁，确保客户满意度。
4. Responsible for handling after-sales service and collecting market and customer feedback in a timely manner.
负责处理售后服务，及时收集市场和客户反馈。
Job Requirements【任职要求】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemistry, materials, machinery, business English, etc.
本科及以上学历，化学、材料、机械、商务英语等相关专业。
2. Experience in sales related work in the third-party testing and certification industry is preferred.
有第三方检测认证行业销售相关工作经验优先。
3.CET6 is preferred, with good English reading and writing skill.
英语六级优先，具备良好的英语阅读书写能力。
4.Familiar with the quality standards and regulatory requirements of overseas products such as Europe and the US.
熟悉欧美等海外相关产品的质量标准和法规要求。
5. Diligent in work, strong communication skills, and a good sense of customer service.
