position: account executive
location: guangzhou
job responsibilities:
- independently manage appointed overseas customers, mainly australia & new newland markets.
- to follow up customer's enquiries, providing advice on products solution/ quotes.
- analyze and define the problems and make proper suggestions to superior for decision making;
- co-ordinate with internal teams to balance internal benefits and customer's requirements.
- assist asia oceania regional team on local communication and project follow up.
- sales report preparation e.g. sales forecast.
skills/qualifications:
- bachelor's degree;
- minimum 2 years sales/customer service experience in b to b industry, with food packaging industry is preferred.
- strong in organization and communication;
- creative thinking, problem solving and analytical mindset;
- target-oriented and able to work under pressure e.g. tight schedule for tender submission.
- good written & spoken english and excel skills.
