职位描述:
负责公司制剂产品的业务拓展,目标客户主要为药品生产企业,药品推广企业(CSO),以及药品研发企业(CRO),主要工作内容包括:
1.Collect、sort out and update the target customers information in the region in time, establish customer files
搜集、整理,并及时更新区域内目标客户信息,建立客户档案
2.Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to broaden industry contacts , set up company brand
参加行业展会和会议,拓宽行业人脉,协助建立公司品牌
3.Establish good contact with target customers in the region, actively promote the company's products, and obtain business opportunities
与区域内的目标客户建立良好的联系,积极推介公司产品,获取业务机会
4.Participate in project negotiation, promote project progress and achieve company business objectives
参与项目谈判,推进项目进展,达成公司业务目标
5.Other business related work arranged by leader

任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Bio-tech, or related major
医学,药学,生命科学等相关专业背景
2.3-5 years experiences in pharmaceutical business development, with drug License Out related experience is preferred
3-5年制剂业务拓展经验,具有药品 License Out 相关经历优先考虑
3.Have good business acumen and market development awareness
拥有良好的商业敏锐度和市场开拓意识
4.Good interpersonal communication skills and strong negotiation skills
良好的人际沟通能力,和较强的谈判技巧
5.Be able to work under pressure and adapt to frequent businesss trip
可承受有压力的工作,适应较高频率的出差
6.Good command of English in both spoken and written
