工作职责：
1、负责组织技术人员技术标准、规范、规程和工艺标准、质量检验评定标准，并督促其落实。
Responsible for organizing technical personnel's technical standards, specifications, procedures, process standards, quality inspection and evaluation standards, and supervising their implementation.
2、负责部门项目运作、跟踪与落实，提出建议、制定、确定设计方案或计划目标。
Responsible for department project operation, tracking, and implementation, propose suggestions, develop, and determine design plans or plan objectives.
3、负责组织项目技术人员按工程设计图纸、施工技术规范、规程、规则、工艺标准及施工组织设计(质量计划)进行施工。
Responsible for organizing project technical personnel to carry out construction according to engineering design drawings, construction technical specifications, procedures, rules, process standards, and construction organization design (quality plan).
4、制定及准备相关认可工作所必须的技术文件资料。
Develop and prepare necessary technical documents and materials for relevant accreditation work.
5、负责制定进度计划并进行跟踪。
Responsible for developing progress plans and tracking them.
6、负责项目各阶段工作的推进和问题的处理。
Responsible for promoting the work of each stage of the project and handling issues.
7、负责项目施工各环节达到公司规划技术要求。
Responsible for meeting the company's planning and technical requirements in all aspects of project construction.

岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上
Bachelor degree or above.
2、工程类相关专业；
Engineering related majors.
3、熟悉国家、行业及公司的法律法规和管理制度及生产流程，熟悉本岗位业务知识
Familiar with national, industry and company laws, regulations and management system and the production process, familiar with the business knowledge.
