职位描述:
major responsibilities and objectives:
1.assist team members in coordinating leasing and property management activities;
2.maintain a good working relationship with tenants;
3.handle tenant enquiries and complaints promptly, effectively and efficiently;
4.assist in coordinating tenant fit-out projects and renovation projects.
major tasks and activities
1.negotiate on general leasing and tenancy renewals, short term licenses and prepare related documents for assistant director and portfolio manager approval
2.prepare and draft offer letters, letters of intent, tenancy agreements, license agreements or other relevant leasing documents for both new lettings and renewals;
3.prepare notices and minutes;
4.prepare budget analysis;
5.organize the handover and takeover of property units;
6.liaise with technical and property management teams on tenant fit-outs and renovation projects, maintenance and daily operations;
7.prepare a variety of management reports and forms in connection with leasing, management and rental payments;
8.handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and co-ordinate with other departments in a timely and efficient manner.
skills, qualifications and experience requirements:
1,university graduate / degree holder or above;
2.5-year working experience in real estate sector. formal training in real estate disciplines in a multinational company would be an advantage;
3.good command of english and mandarin, both spoken and written;
4.excellent typing ability both in chinese and english;
5.good pc knowledge in windows, ms word, ms excel and ms powerpoint;
6.pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
