职位描述：
职责描述：
1. 负责编制新项目的全过程导入的时间计划表，确保各项工作按计划开展
responsible for draft the project schedule, make sure all the work follow the plan.
2. 定期召开新项目的回顾会议，确保发现的问题被及时的得到跟踪解决
organize new project review meeting typically, make sure all the problem which found has been traced and sloved.
3. 协调确保新项目的工艺策划按时完成并得到批准，并给于项目car 在工艺投资上的输入
make sure the process flow up the new program, complete on time, and input to car.
4. 协调组织新项目的前期cpk的评估
coordinate the cpk plan for the new program.
5. 管理和维护新产品的材料分供方清单，确保所有原材料根据launch时间节点完成各项工作，例如零部件ots, ppap交样，认可等
manage and update the bom of new product. make sure all material reach on time, like ots, ppap delivery etc.
6. 管理和维护新产品的设备，工装清单，确保所有设备工装按照到位，并按时完成所有调试工作
manage and maintain new equipment, tooling list. make sure all the equipment be ready and test on time.
7. 协调并参与新项目的过程可行性分析的批准
coordinate and join in the pfmea approval.
8. 协调组织新项目试生产中的各项任务，并跟踪问题直到解决
organize new project task, follow up trouble – shooting and solve it.
9. 管理并控制新项目的投资，确保新项目的实际投资在预算范围之内
manage and control the car and make sure it fit the target.
10. 协调组织新项目各个阶段的样件发送（客户）
responsible for all the delivery to customer.
11. 负责新项目毛利的提升
responsible for the new program gm% increase
12. 定期参加中国区项目回顾会，并汇报新项目状态
report the new program status in cn program review meeting.
requirements:
任职要求：
1.大学本科以上，机械或相关专业
bachelor degree in mechanical or related field
2.6年以上汽车零部件行业项目管理的工作经验,欧美工作经验优先；
more than 6years program management working experience in automotive parts or similar industry；eu/usa company priority;
3.熟悉项目管理流程
know-how in the process of project management
4.良好的沟通和人际关系技巧
good communication and interpersonal skill.
5.熟练操作windows office 软件，catia,cad 等绘图软件
familiar with office software, familiar with catia，and other cad software skills.
6.英文熟练
familiar with english
